Saudi Arabia and Iraq should make people wonder because of the unstable area that could lead to the supply being cut off. Venezuela is run by a totalitarian government that has started having a worse record on human rights than the Saudis.   If you have seen the show, Downton Abbey, there was a little scene where Atticus Aldridge, played by Matt Barber, visited Lady Rose McClare, played by Lily James at her volunteer work at a church. She is helping refugee Russian aristocrats fleeing the Russian Revolution. One of the men, who would turn out important, was told that Aldridge's family was of Russian descent. When the aristocrat heard when the family left, in the 1850s, he said the family was not Russian. They were, but not to the government's wish, as they were Jewish. They were run out because of what was known as the pogroms , the same as in Poland and Ukraine. Russian Killing The Jews were constantly under attack by the Russians , trying to take all they had, including their lives. They were not as sadistic as the Germans, but not far off.
